The View From Here, a group exhibition
opening at Museum of Northwest Art on Friday, December 3, 1999, celebrates
Mount Rainier, icon of the Pacific Northwest. The show in commemoration
of the 100th anniversary of Mount Rainier National Park, organized by Peggy
Weiss, Bank of America Gallery will travel to other venues, including Japan,
in observance of the "sister relationship" between Mount Rainier

Artists include Kathryn Glowen, Charlie Krafft, Andrew Keating, Joan Stuart Ross, and more than 90 others, with works ranging from painting, sculpture and photography, to literary, music, fiber and installation pieces. The opening reception for The View From Here is Friday, December 3, from 6-9 p.m.
