In response to your question, it will be fine if you can please copy the texts and send them to me via US mail. If so, when making copies of the essay pages please have the pages flat on the copier so that the lines of text are not distorted near the spine of the book. We will use OCR for conversion to HTML followed by proofreading procedures. Alternately, institutions often send to us complimentary copies of catalogues for us to use in direct scanning.
